With these words, Moreno Cedroni, chef of 2 Michelin stars who has brought an avant-gard spirit to the Italian gastronomy, has received our invitation to the second edition of #blogger4elica. 5 and 6 of July, Moreno was in Elica, where he put our guests to cook: a showcooking where food bloggers and journalists teamed on pairs to prepare two receipes specially created by the chef from the Marches: “Fusillioro con moscioli di Portonovo” and “Capasanta fritta in tempura al nero di seppia, con vongole, zucchine e daikon”.

The hoods worked while the cooking stations with the induction hobs by Scholtes and the equipment of Lagostina and Fiskars gave its best in hands of the attendees under the guidance of the chef.
