Technical features

In fact, products can be weighed directly in the pot, at any temperature, adding ingredients one after the other during cooking.
Functions:
  • RESET WEIGHT: the pot and its contents can be weighed by progressively resetting the value in order to add other ingredients and know the final overall weight.
  • TARE FUNCTION: allows ingredients to be weighed one at a time, starting from zero each time a new ingredient is added.
  • HOLD FUNCTION: stores the selected weight
  • POSSIBILITY TO SELECT UNIT OF MEASURE.
The NikolaTesla Libra interface is extremely intuitive to use thanks to a single direct slider, which controls both cooking and extraction functions. The scale has a dedicated user interface, allowing it to be used even with the product completely turned off. Simply rest the pot on top to activate the weighing function.
